Klinik update

Appointment requests are processed during working hours. Urgent medical enquiries will be prioritised, and we may ask you to contact 111, direct you to another service or attend A&E if necessary.

We aim to deal with all urgent queries within 24 hours.

Non-urgent requests will be reviewed within 72 hours.

If your request needs a routine appointment at the moment it may take us a while to respond due to the volume of requests. Please avoid calling the surgery to chase. You can always visit a local pharmacy for advice or check your symptoms online using 111.nhs.uk.
