Disability Access and Accessibility
There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access. We also have a loop system for the hard of hearing.
Access to the GP surgery is via a stepped entrance with a hand rail. There is a portable ramp available upon request and access can also be arranged via the rear door. Please ring the door bell on arrival.
There is a ground floor consulting room and also access to the first floor consulting room via a lift.
The practice always tries to improve on communication with our patients. We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you. If you find it hard to read our letters, or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.
Please let us know if you need information in large print, easy read or need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate.
Our website is designed so that you can change the size and colour of the font used. If you wish to do so, please follow the link to the Accessibility page for information and a guide on how to do this.
