Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are prescribed medicines you take regularly. Requests take a minimum of two complete working days to complete.

How do I Order my Repeat Prescription?

Patients that require medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

By using our online Repeat Prescription Request form (Under 16 only).
By using our online services, SystmOne. If you are not registered to use this service, please complete our Register for Online Services form.

Prescriptions are issued for one month at a time only.

Prescriptions issued by a consultant at a hospital must be obtained from the hospital pharmacy. If medication was started by a hospital and you have exhausted your current supply, please bring in the labelled packs to the surgery to enable us to add the new item(s) correctly.
