Saffron Health PartnershipWe are aware that the media has released information today stating that GP practices must offer you a face to face appointment.
We will continue to offer face to face appointments following an initial telephone call with a Clinician or prebooked appointments for smears, bloods test, dressings BP checks, injections, baby clinics and Long term condition reviews.
The Partnership will review the current arrangements on Wednesday to see how we adapt face to face access, whilst being mindful of the local incidence of COVID cases.
We are aware of the higher than normal incidence of the COVID cases involving the Indian variant in Bedford and hence we remain cautious to keep you safe. Please continue to phone us if you need us.
Receptions continues to be open with appropriate social distancing measures in place. This may mean unfortunately that, if there is a long queue, you may need to queue outside of the building. We will work hard to minimise the chances of this happening.
To keep you safe, where possible, please use other means to contact the surgery other than coming into the building.
