In the next few months, we will be moving to a total triage tool called KLINIK Access which will allow you to contact us and request an appointment by completing an online consultation tool which will be triaged by our team. Everybody contacting the surgery will go through the same process. We will keep you updated nearer the time so please check our website for more information in the new year.
Why are we changing?
- To avoid the 8.00 am rush.
- To triage requests for appointments so that our patients get to see the right clinician at the right time.
- To improve the length of time spent on the phone to get through to the practice.
Important information from Monday 4 December.
The first stage of this will be for patients to start using KLINIK for the following services.
- Medication requests for under 16’s and medication queries.
- Request a sick/fit note.
- Referrals.
- Update your information.
- To request test results.
This will mean you don’t have to contact the surgery by phone. This will also help improve the length of time spent on the phone for online users freeing up staff to take calls and support patients who don’t have online access.
