We have paused the roll out of the consultation element of KLINIK (New Heath Problem, Ongoing Health Problem and I Have Been Asked To Book An Appointment tiles) due to unprecedented demand and patient dissatisfaction. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Patients are able to contact us using the traditional methods to book an appointment for acute and routine health issues (for example by phone or in-person).
During this period of pause we will be reviewing our KLINIK consultation management processes to make sure that things run more smoothly when the system is re-launched. We would welcome the input of our patients as part of this review. If you are interested in joining our Practice-level Patient Participation Group, please contact the Practice to leave your details.
KLINIK is still available via the Practice website for various administrative requests (e.g. medication queries, Fit Notes, updating your information etc). It is also available to patients who have been contacted by the Practice by SMS for booking certain nursing appointments. If you have received one of these SMS messages, it will include information about the correct KLINIK tile to use.
